School secretary

Woodcroft School is looking to appoint a school secretary to work with the existing team.

Woodcroft is an independent primary day school for children with complex special needs. The school is set in beautiful surroundings on the edge of Epping Forest. We have an experienced, committed and approachable team of teachers, therapists and support staff. The National Autistic Society accredits our provision.

The hours are 8am – 4pm, Mon – Fri term time plus 3 days to be worked in the school holidays. The school runs for 37 weeks per academic year.

The salary is £20,762 per annum.

The successful applicant will have a least 2 years experience working in a busy office environment using the Office 365 suite of products, excellent communication and reception skills, and have a fast and accurate typing speed.  Experience of working in a school office is not essential but desirable.

The closing date for applications is Friday 22nd October.

Successfully shortlisted applicants will be required to attend for interview on Thursday 4th November.  If you are successful at first interview, you will be asked to come back for second interview on Tuesday 9th November.
