Woodcroft School is a family owned independent special school in beautiful surroundings on the edge of Epping Forest. The National Autistic Society accredits our provision.
The school has seven classes with around 6-8 children per class, staff support is high with a 1:1 ratio. We promote a child-centred approach to learning, and therapist input is provided by on-site SLT and OT staff.
We are currently recruiting for Teacher’s assistants to join our unique setting. Taster mornings are offered to give you an opportunity to learn more about us, and although experience is desirable…flexibility, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential!
We provide a full induction as a Teacher’s assistant working with complex special needs and autism. Posts offered will initially be fixed term.
The pay range is between £9.86 – £10.41 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
